Asked at the office

Can you ship to my state, and when?

The answers the farm gives most often. Anything not here, call 1-800-206-4666.

Mondays and Thursdays, year round, by FedEx overnight. Orders for a ship day must be in by 10:00 a.m. Central that morning. Triploid grass carp ship on Mondays only.

All fish are graded by width, so length and counts are approximate. A #6 golden shiner runs about 166 to the pound at 2 1/4 inches, which is roughly 664 fish in a 4 lb box.

We guarantee our fish to arrive alive and healthy. Text, call or email the farm within 24 hours with photos and we will refund the order or credit your account. We do not allow exchanges, and the care instructions in the box must be followed.

Frozen 1 lb bags and blocks cannot ship to Alaska, DC, Hawaii, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, Utah or Vermont. Live fish ship to the contiguous US, with some states excluded.

Northern bluegill need permits in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota and Wyoming. Call the farm at 501-676-2716 before ordering for those states.

Use a well aerated holding tank of fresh water, remove chlorine or chloramine from city water with a remover, and keep the tank in shade around the clock or in an air conditioned building. How much water you need depends on its temperature.
